How do I refer my Patients?

At SA Infusion Services, we have endeavoured to make the referral process as pain-free and seamless as possible for GPs and specialists.

We have provided the Referral Form in two formats.


A PDF file is available, which can be filled electronically in your browser and printed, or completed by hand.
 

For GPs or Specialists using the Clinical Software Best Practice, Genie or Xestro we have created a custom template which allows you to complete the Referral Form and attach the required investigation results all in a matter of a few clicks!

Once completed, please email the referral form to: info@sainfusion.com.au & our admin team will contact the patient directly to book them in!

Genie & Xestro

If you are using either Genie or Xestro Clinical Software, simply click the respective button below for instructions on how to import & easily fill out the Referral Form directly within your software​
