How do I refer my Patients?
At SA Infusion Services, we have endeavoured to make the referral process as pain-free and seamless as possible for GPs and specialists.
We have provided the Referral Form in two formats.
A PDF file is available, which can be filled electronically in your browser and printed, or completed by hand.
For GPs or Specialists using the Clinical Software Best Practice or Genie, we have created a custom template which allows you to complete the Referral Form and attach the required investigation results all in a matter of a few clicks!

Once completed, please email the referral form to: info@sainfusion.com.au & our admin team will contact the patient directly to book them in!
